Introduction

      YAW-1000E is a new generation of computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression testing machine, which adopts hydraulic loading, load sensor force measurement and PC electro-hydraulic servo control system to control the test process automatically. It is mainly used for compression test of various materials, such as: cement, concrete, various building bricks, rubber pads, concrete components, metal components, etc. The control precision is high and the reliability is good, which can meet the relevant standards of cement material test such as GB and ISO. It is the ideal testing equipment to be widely used in construction industry, testing departments and enterprises etc.

Features

• The measurement and control system adopts high-precision digital servo valve with force closed-loop control function, which can realize equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading.

• The closed-loop control of test force and test process is realized. It has the control functions of constant speed test force and test force maintenance, as well as the screen display function of test force, peak value and test curve.

• It adopts microcomputer to realize electronic measurement, automatic completion of compressive strength test, automatic calculation and printing report. The test data can be processed, stored and printed. It has high control precision and good reliability, the test data is accurate and reliable.
