MODEL XJU-5.5
DIAL TYPE CANTILEVER BEAM IZOD IMPACT TESTER
Introduction
The main technical parameters of
XJU-5.5
cantilever beam impact tester fully conform to the requirements of
ISO 180, GB/T 1843, GB/T 2611, JB/T 8761 and other standards, and it
is applicable to the determination of impact toughness of
non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon,
glass fiber reinforced plastics, ceramics, cast stone, electrical
insulation materials, etc. It is a simple structure, convenient
operation, accurate data and reliable testing instrument.
The
impact energy of
this tester is
1J, 2.75j and 5.5J,
the display mode of the instrument is dial pointer type.
Features
-
The pointer
has a driving pin and a driven pin. The dial is divided into a
fixed dial and a rotatable digital dial. On the dial, the
outermost layer is the angle, the middle layer is the simple
beam scale, and the inner layer is the cantilever beam scale.
-
The jaw adopts
wedge-shaped self clamping jaw, which can be clamped freely. It
is the latest product newly developed.
