MODEL XJL-20 / 20BD INVERTED METALLOGRAPHIC MICROSCOPE
Model
XJL-20 / 20BD inverted metallographic microscope adopts excellent infinite
optical system and modular functional design concept, which can easily upgrade
the system and realize polarized light observation, dark field observation and
other functions. The compact and stable high rigid body fully reflects the
anti-vibration requirements of microscope operation. The ideal design in line
with the requirements of ergonomics makes the operation more convenient and
comfortable, and the space is broader. It is suitable for microscopic
observation of metallographic structure and surface morphology, and is an ideal
instrument for the study of metallurgy, mineralogy and precision engineering.
Observation system
The
hinged binocular observation lens tube of the observation system is inclined,
and it does not need to look down or look at the eye for a long time during
operation, so that the neck and shoulder of the operator can be effectively
released. The number of field of view of flat-field wide-angle eyepiece can
reach Ø22mm, which makes visual observation broader and more comfortable, and
can be fitted with rubber goggles.
Mechanical stage
The
mechanical loading platform is a mechanically movable loading platform with a
built-in rotatable circular loading platform. The special-shaped observation
window set in the plate is suitable for microscopic observation of samples of
different specifications. The circular loading platform can be rotated during
polarized light observation to meet the requirements of polarized light
microscopy.
Illumination
System
The lighting system adopts Kola lighting mode, and the aperture light bar
and field light bar can be adjusted through the dial for smooth and comfortable
adjustment. The optional polarizer can adjust the polarization angle 360 degrees
to observe the microscopic images under different polarization states. Optional
light and dark field illuminators can quickly upgrade the system functions of
the product. 12V 30W and 12V 50W halogen lamp lighting can be selected.
Dark
field observation (For XJL-20BD)
Equipped with
high-quality bright and dark field objective lens and dark field lighting device
to effectively eliminate harmful light in the lighting system, so that the
imaging effect of dark field has been significantly improved.
Photography observation
The
rear-mounted camera interface design makes the camera accessories no longer
interfere with visual observation. Adopt 100% light pass, suitable for low
illumination micrographic photography.
