Features:

The measurement system is integrated with
hardness tester. The hardness tester, computer, built-in 5.0 Mega
pixels high-definition CCD camera and professional software are combined in
a whole machine.

Computer controlled hardness tester. Automatic
controlling are available such as measurement starting, brightness
adjustment, and automatic turret rotation etc.

The indentation image is clear, automatic/manual
measurement of indentation.

Calibration is carried out using a micrometer or
hardness block, which can be automatically calibrated to ensure that the
hardness value meets the requirements more accurately.

The lead screw adopts a unique optical cross
guide rail to ensure guiding accuracy. When the test piece is lifted and
lowered, it can better focus on the indentation and maintain the image
position unchanged.

Hardness value statistics and hardness exceeding
alarm.

It can convert hardness to other
scales according to National and ASTM standards.

The test report can be customized by the user,
and all test data can be saved for easy historical query.

Precision conforms to GB/T 4340.2, ISO 6507-2
and ASTM E384.
Application:
It can be used to determine the
Vickers hardness of steel, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, treated layers of metal
surface, and the hardness grads of carburized, nitrided and hardened layers of
metals. It is also suitable to determine the Vickers hardness of micro and super
thin parts.
