AUTOMATIC UNIVERSAL SAMPLE MAKING MACHINE
Overview:
Model WZY-240A automatic
universal sample making machine is mainly composed of cutting part, milling
dumbbell shaped sample part, and milling notch part. It is used for the
preparation of notch splines for impact of non-metallic materials such as
plastics, plexiglass, FRP and carbon fiber, dumbbell shaped splines for tensile
test, rectangular test splines for Vicat, thermal deformation, compression and
bending test. It meets the standards of GB/T 1040, GB/T 1043, GB/T 1843, GB/T
8004.2, GB/T 1633, GB/T 1634, etc.

High sample preparation efficiency and safe and reliable

The cutting part optimizes the product structure, motor
and spindle, greatly improves the accuracy, is no longer limited to rough
machining, and the rectangular sample can be directly cut and formed without
secondary processing.

The number of single sample preparation in the notch
milling part can reach 24. After the processing of the first batch of
samples, there is no need to reset zero for the processing of the next batch
of samples.

Dumbbell type, notch type and other different types of
samples are specially processed by corresponding special tools, with higher
tool durability.

Dumbbell sample milling and notch sample preparation have
automatic feeding function without manual operation, which is safe,
reliable, convenient and fast.
Strict material selection and solid material use

All connecting plates are made of 12mm thick whole steel
plate (non welding, which is very important). The surface is finely ground
to ensure the integrity and flatness of the equipment, good body rigidity,
no vibration of the processed sample and long service life.
A wide range of applications

The conventional standard cutting tools of this machine
are mainly used for processing ordinary plastics (PVC, PE, PP, PC, ABS,
etc.) and modified materials. By replacing CVD emery coated cutting tools,
it can process superhard materials such as FRP and carbon fiber.
