Application

WDS-20D is widely used in tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metal and nonmetal materials. With a variety of accessories, it can also be used to test the mechanical properties of profiles and components. It also has a very wide application prospect in the field of rope, belt, wire, rubber, plastic and other materials with large sample deformation and fast test speed. It is suitable for quality supervision, teaching and scientific research, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile, construction materials and other experimental fields.

Standards

It meets the requirements of GB/T 228.1-2010 <<Tensile test method for metallic materials at room temperature>> and GB/T 7314-2005 <<Compression test method for metals>>, as well as ISO 7500-1, ASTM E4, EN10002-2, BS 1610, DIN 51221, ISO6892, etc. It conforms to the requirement of data processing of GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN and other standards.

Mechanical part:

The machine adopts electric loading mode, and the bottom is the whole machine structure bearing bracket, which contains motor driver, loading motor, deceleration system, power transmission mechanism and other components;

The upper part is the sample clamping and force value, deformation measurement mechanism, including the loading transmission mechanism, sample tensile fixture, sample compression fixture, force sensor, displacement sensor and other main parts.

Electrical part:

The electrical part consists of display, measurement and control part. The display measurement control part realizes various control, display, data acquisition, processing and other functions. The main controller can select the tensile, stiffness and compression test modes according to different test requirements, and set the sample parameters of each test mode. After adjusting the sample, press the test key, the system can start the test automatically, judge the shutdown process automatically according to the corresponding test conditions, and display the corresponding test results at the same time.
