WAW-600D computer
controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts oil cylinder
lower type and four column host, which is mainly used for tensile, compression,
bending and shear tests of metal and non-metal. It is suitable for metallurgy,
construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, colleges and
universities, scientific research institutions and other fields. The test
operation and data processing comply with the requirements of GB/T 228.1-2010

Main Features

The main host adopts
the lower type of oil cylinder, the tensile space is located above the main
host, and the compression and bending test space is located between the
lower beam of the main host and
the workbench.

The solid structural design of
four columns and two lead screws has strong stability.

The oil cylinder adopts clearance
seal, which not only improves the measurement accuracy, but also increases
the service life.

Transmission system: the lower
cross beam is driven by motor, cycloidal pin wheel reducer, sprocket and nut
lead screw pair to realize the adjustment of stretching and compression
space.

High-pressure gear pump is
adopted with low noise and stable pressure.

system and console is convenient for operation and saves experimental space.

The testing machine adopts
computer controlled full digital wide screen electro-hydraulic digital valve
to drive the precision hydraulic cylinder, automatically control the test
force, displacement and deformation in various modes, and complete the
tensile, compression and compression tests of the samples.
