Main purpose:

      The torsion tester is mainly used to measure the ability of metal wire rod with diameter of Ф3mm - Ф10mm to withstand plastic deformation in one-way or two-way torsion, and the surface defects of wire rod can be displayed during the test. The tester is loaded by motor, the number of turns is detected by rotating sensor, and the result is displayed by LCD.

Scope of use:

      It is mainly applicable to the Mechanical Laboratory of relevant scientific research departments, various colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises to measure the torsion performance of materials; it is very suitable for the on-line inspection of wire production units and the incoming inspection of wire using units; it is widely used in the high-speed wire, pre-stressed wire factory, quality supervision, scientific research institutes, highway transportation, construction industry, wire rope, wire and cable, electricity Production and use departments of copper and copper alloy conductor, copper contact wire, etc. for gasification railway.

Performance & features:

(1) Test speed: stepless speed regulation, which can meet the requirements of scientific research level test.

(2) Rotating grip: the rotating grip is able to rotate in two directions around the axis of the test piece, and the rotating speed of the rotating grip is adjustable, and the rotating speed is uniform and stable;

(3) Grip: the positioning grip can move along the axial direction, and the counter clamp can ensure that the sample does not slip;

(4) Scale display: wire test length, indicated by the scale on the table;

(5) Locking mechanism: adjust the length of wire rod and lock it at any position;

(9) Cam mechanism: bright chrome plated handle, driving cam, can make wire clamping and straightening more convenient;

(10) After the fracture of the test piece, the value of the test circle is automatically blocked;

(11) You can turn left or right. There are 8 modes to choose from:

• Turn left to break

• Turn left for M circles, turn right for N circles

• Stop after turning left for M turns

• Turn left for M circle and right for fracture

• Turn right to break

• Turn right for M circles, turn left for N circles

• Stop after turning right for M turns

• After turning right for M circles, turn left to break
