DIGITAL DISPLAY ELECTRONIC TORSION TESTING MACHINE
Main uses:
NDS series digital display electronic torsion tester is mainly used to test the
static torsion mechanics performance of metal materials, non-metal materials and
various components such as transmission shaft, half shaft, bimetallic materials
parts, joints and so on.
The machine is composed of horizontal structure, LCD real-time display of torque
and torsion angle, digital data acquisition and control system and full digital
AC servo system. The planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer has the
characteristics of uniform loading, stability, no impact and accurate data
acquisition and control.

Host: Horizontal structure
and frame structure are adopted to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine.
The fixture adopts high quality alloy structural steel to ensure its service
life. Sample installation and disassembly are convenient and fast. The
movable end of the chuck adopts precise linear guide rail with high
precision and easy movement.

Driving system: Driven by
full digital AC control system, wide range of speed regulation, uniform and
stable loading.

Transmission system:
planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer is used to ensure uniformity, stability
and transmission accuracy of the transmission, and manual adjustment in the
transverse space.

Measuring and displaying
system: The machine uses photoelectric encoder to collect the torsion angle
of the sample, high-precision torque sensor to collect the torsion of the
sample, LCD screen to display the torsion and torsion angle of the sample,
etc.

intelligent expert system is used in the control mode to complete the test
automatically.
It can detect the torsion, maximum torsion, torsion angle, torsion strength
and other indicators of the specimens.
There are 20 groups of data that can be stored and queried.
It can print data results by external micro printer. (matching).
