AUTOMATIC METALLOGRAPHIC SPECIMEN MOUNTING PRESS

      METAMON-6 is a new touch screen type automatic metallographic specimen mounting press, all working procedures can be done automatically. After the parameters such as heating temperature, heat preserving time and applied force etc. are set up, put the specimen and mounting material into the machine, close the cover and press the start button, then the machine will finish the job automatically. It is not necessary for the operator to be on duty. It is the ideal specimen preparing instrument for using in factories, scientific research institutes and laboratories of colleges.

• According to different requirements of the material, there are four kinds of moulds (Ø25mm, Ø30mm, Ø40mm, Ø50mm) that can be chosen to meet the demands at will.

• Equipped with middle mould. It is available to prepare two pieces of specimens at the same time, the capacity is doubled. 

• Human-machine interface and PLC control, the system is stable and reliable.

• Built in storage of 99 groups of mounting processes (saving mounting materials and other parameters), there is always one process to meet specific requirements.

• One click start to automatically complete the sample preparation process.

• High quality heating and cooling system, optimized heat transferring and cooling, and realize rapid circulation.

• The electro-hydraulic system safely loads pressure, the pressure is stable and reliable.

• The simple and effective top sealing mechanism can eject samples without manual assistance. Rotate the top sealing mechanism, the machine will push the sample up automatically and reach the highest position, then the machine stops automatically and the sample can be removed.

• Equipped with sample placement tray.

• Equipped with USB interface, the mounting process parameters can be imported and exported through USB flash disk.
