MOUNTING PRESS
METAMON-2 is
a new touch screen type automatic
metallographic specimen
mounting press,
all
working
procedures can
be done
automatically.
After the parameters such as heating temperature, heat preserving time and
applied force etc. are set up, put the specimen and mounting material into the
machine, close the cover and press the start button, then the machine will
finish the job automatically. It is not necessary for the operator to be on
duty.
It is the ideal specimen preparing instrument for using in
factories, scientific research institutes and laboratories of colleges.

displays the operation interface, with simple operation and convenient and
intuitive parameter settings.

Built in storage of 99 sets
of inlay processes (saving parameters such as inlay materials), one of which
can be called at any time to meet specific requirements.

One click start to
automatically complete the sample preparation process.

Equipped with sample
placement tray.

Equipped with USB interface,
the mounting process parameters can be imported and exported through USB
flash disk.
