Product introduction
The cold mounting of the sample is
achieved by removing air from the sample and the cold mounting material, filling
the gaps in the sample with liquid mounting material, eliminating the gaps
between the sample and the mounting material, and thus achieving a close
combination of the sample and the mounting material. The sample is also well
protected and supported during the grinding and polishing process.
LVM-9000 fully automatic vacuum cold
mounting machine, equipped with a built-in vacuum pump, can achieve high vacuum,
it can automatically move the mounting mold, automatically fill cold mounting
materials, and complete the entire mounting process of inlaying 8 samples,
multiple vacuuming, maintaining vacuum, and venting with one click.

mounting and liquid adding position. Cold mounting material can be poured
into the sample mold in vacuum at once time for vacuum mounting.
