LVM-3000 vacuum impregnation mounting machine
can remove the air contained in the sample. If there is no air, the embedded
compound will fill the gap between the sample and the compound, thus eliminating
the gap between the sample and the compound. As a result, the edge band
retention is strengthened and the friable samples are well supported during
grinding and polishing.
A strong vacuum pump can provide enough vacuum to quickly remove the air
entrained in any porous sample. Using the unique rotating cup holder in the
vacuum vessel, multiple samples can be vacuum infiltrated at the same time.
A unique pouring
mechanism is designed to make the premixed mosaic compound be placed in the
cavity and then poured into the mould at one time. It can be applied to (cold)
mounting compounds of various epoxy resins and polyester castables. As the
sample is sealed in vacuum, the self needling property of air entering is
completely eliminated.
Easy to use:
Place the sample mould in a vacuum
container. After the mounting compound is mixed, put the stirring cup into the
cup holder, put the vacuum container on the base. Pour the mounting compound
into the mould, hold for one minute after the pouring is finished, then turn to
atmospheric pressure. Repeat this cycle several times, open the cavity and allow
it to solidify normally.
