MODEL JBW-600C C-TYPE
FULLY ENCLOSED
COMPUTER CONTROLLED
AUTOMATIC PENDULUM IMPACT TESTING MACHINE
Brief introduction:
The
machine can be used for the determination of anti-impact performance of metal
materials when it is under dynamic loading, thus judged the quality of materials
under dynamic loading. It is applicable for the laboratory, which does
continuous compact tests, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, and other
industries.
Main features
-
It
adopts computer control, electric swing, impact, computer measurement,
calculation, screen digital display and printing, etc., with high work
efficiency and high test accuracy. After impacting the sample, the residual
energy can be used to swing automatically to prepare for the next test. The
operation is simple and the work efficiency is high. In the continuous
impact test laboratory and a large number of impact test metallurgy,
machinery manufacturing and other industries, its advantages can be more
reflected. The computer can calculate and display the impact absorbed
energy, impact toughness, pendulum angle and average value of the test, and
print the data.
-
The
main
machine is
supported by double supports. The main shaft is supported by simply
supported beam, and the radial load distribution of bearing is reasonable.
In particular, a large number of impact machines can reduce the deformation
of main shaft and greatly reduce the energy loss caused by bearing friction.
-
It
adopts two-stage standard reducer to lift hammer and runs smoothly.
-
The
hanging and swinging device adopts hydraulic buffer, and the hanging and
swinging is stable.
-
The
three-dimensional design of the pendulum ensures the accuracy of the strike
center and the pendulum torque.
-
The
impact knife is fixed with screws, which is easy to replace.
-
After the sample is broken, it can be judged automatically and output.
-
The
main machine is
equipped with safety pin and safety net.
-
The
impact test of metal material is carried out according
to national standard GB/T
3808-2002 “Pendulum
Impact

GB/T
229-2007 “Metal
