Brief introduction:
The machine can

calculation, screen digital display and printing, etc., with
high work efficiency and high test accuracy. After impacting the
sample, the residual energy can be used to swing automatically
to prepare for the next test. The operation is simple and the
work efficiency is high. In the continuous impact test
laboratory and a large number of impact test metallurgy,
machinery manufacturing and other industries, its advantages can
be more reflected. The computer can calculate and display the
impact absorbed energy, impact toughness, pendulum angle and
average value of the test, and print the data.

machine is
supported by double supports. The main shaft is supported by
simply supported beam, and the radial load distribution of
bearing is reasonable. In particular, a large number of impact
machines can reduce the deformation of main shaft and greatly
reduce the energy loss caused by bearing friction.

two-stage standard reducer to lift hammer and runs smoothly.

The hanging
and swinging device adopts hydraulic buffer, and the hanging and
swinging is stable.
