Computer controlled low temperature
automatic feeding impact
testing machine can be used to
measure the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load,
so as to judge the properties of materials under dynamic load. The
difference between the potential energy before impact and the
residual potential energy after impact is shown on the dial to
obtain the absorbed energy of the sample.
This
machine has large impact energy and is suitable for ferrous metals
with high impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys.
Features

This machine is an integrated machine of low
temperature test and impact test. It is equipped with a special
pneumatic sample feeding device to automatically send samples.
The pneumatic end face positioning method is adopted to make the
samples center, so as to ensure that the time from the furnace
to the impact is not more than 4 seconds after the low
temperature test, and improve the test accuracy and work
efficiency.

The sample cooling, constant temperature,
temperature adjustment, swing taking, swing hanging, sample
sending, positioning and impact are all controlled by electrical
automation. After the sample is broken, the residual energy will
be used to swing automatically to prepare for the next impact
test. Therefore, its advantages can be better reflected in the
laboratory which continuously does the low-temperature impact
test and the metallurgical and mechanical manufacturers which do
a large number of low-temperature impact tests.

This impact testing machine is developed and
produced according to the national standard GB/T 3808-2002
"inspection of pendulum impact testing machine". The impact test
of metal materials is carried out according to the national
standard GB/T 229-2007 "Charpy pendulum test method for metallic
materials", and conforms to JJG 145-2007 "verification
regulation of pendulum impact testing machine". If the structure
is changed and the relevant parts are replaced, the requirements
of American Standard, European standard, ASTM E23, EN 10045,
ISO 148, ISO 83 and other international standards can be met at
the same time.
