Feature & Use

The
original dual light path system with built-in camera can be connected to the
micrometer eyepiece and camera at the same time. The indentation can be
measured by eyepiece or computer for automatic measurement.

Automatic electric loading with high accuracy
sensor, closed-loop control system, automatic compensation for each level of
test force.

Equipped with industrial touch screen computer.

Automatic indentation measurement.

Automatic turret shifting between indenter and
objective lens. During the test, the indenter and objective lens
automatically switch to each other, the test point is automatically
positioned accurately, loaded and unloaded automatically.

Computer control: it can control and
proceed force loading, single piece measurement, batch measurement, hardness
conversion, unqualified value alarm, etc.

Hardness value can be calibrated according to
hardness block or length scale.

The test force can be automatically corrected by
the standard dynamometer.

All data of the hardness tester can be saved in
the USB flash disk in Excel format.

Equipped with wireless blue-tooth printer, the
data can be output through RS232 or USB interface.

Precision conforms to GB/T 231.2, ISO 6506-2 and
ASTM E10
It's suitable to determine the Brinell hardness of unquenched steel, cast iron,
non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloys, etc., and widely used for the fields
of metallurgy,
metrology, building
materials, research institutes, hardening shops, stainless steel, automobile,
railway, aviation, tube rolling mills, found and so on.
