etching avoid
the deformation layer caused by mechanical polishing, so their structure is real
and without artifacts. It is an excellent method for preparing non-ferrous
metals and high-temperature alloy samples such as titanium, aluminum, copper.
This instrument is designed with high working voltage and high working current,
leaving a large margin for the metallographic preparation of large-sized
specimens. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of welded
metallographic specimens and is a classic choice for polishing final
metallographic specimens.

stirring methods.

the equipment is fixed, which can ensure consistent corrosion parameters for
each sample.

density through a certain diameter orifice plate and a set electrolysis
current.

cool the corrosion liquid in operation through cooling water or other
cooling media.
