Overview:

    CST-50 impact sample projector is a special optical instrument which can be used to inspect the processing quality of Charpy V-notch and U-notch according to the actual needs of users and the requirements for notches in GB/T 229-2007 Metallic Charpy Impact Test Method, The instrument uses the optical projection method to enlarge the V-shaped and U-shaped notch profiles of the tested impact samples by 50 times and project them onto the projection screen, which is compared with the V-shaped and U-shaped notch standard template drawings of the impact samples on the projection screen to determine whether the tested sample notch is qualified or not. It has the advantages of simple operation and intuitive comparison.
