AUTOMATIC METALLOGRAPHIC SPECIMEN MOUNTING PRESS

      This AUTOMON-2 is a full-automatic metallographic specimen mounting press with the function of inlet and outlet water cooling. It is suitable for the thermal inlay of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). After setting the inlay parameters such as heating temperature, holding time and pressure, put in the sample and automatically transport the mounting material, cover the gland, press the work button, and the automatic audible and visual alarm can be given after the inlay work is completed automatically, no operator is required to be on duty at the machine. It is the ideal sample preparing equipment to be used in factories, researching institutes and college laboratories.
